Steps

1. Secure Senior Citizen OSCA ID (Office for Senior Citizens Affairs) Be sure it is Valid to prove that they are legitimate senior citizens of the Philippines. Check sample ID photo below.
2.Open your Portal2
3.Goto show more Option to set up Senior Citizen Booking.

a. How to set up Senior booking
@ set up first your flight destination,
the Origin should be from Philippines.
@Goto show more Option
@ click senior Citizen option
@click seach flight
@ select one sched flight available in the system according to your clients time convenient schedule.
@After you selected flight schedule fill up all the information of your Client/ Traveller & Contact Details
@ Fill up the senior Citizen Proof Document

HOW TO FILL UP THE SENIOR CITIZEN PROOF DOCUMENT
# SELECT DOCUMENT TYPE OSCA
#TYPE THE DOCUMENT NUMBER OR OSCA ID NUMBER LOCATED AT THE
UPPER RIGHT PORTION OF HIS/HER ID.
#UPLOAD YOUR CLIENTS OSCA ID PICTURE.
#PROCEED TO PAYMENT

@If the status of your booking confirmed, Print out the itinerary and read all the Terms and Conditions of Citizen booking to prepare the document needed in the airport for final confirmation of his/her status as senior Citizen.

Note:
Please remind your Senior Client to Carry the Govt. Issued ID while travelling as per Terms and Conditions at the bottom of your Itinerary.

Here’s the Terms and conditions:
For senior Citizen passenger(s). You must Present any of the following:
1. Government issued OSCA ID.
2.Pasport or any valid Government ID showing both Filipino Citizenship and date of Birth.
Take Note that the airline reserves the right to examine the validity of the ID. In case of identify issue, the airlines may refuse to accept this tiket and you will be required to puschase a new one at the high Fare.
