Please be informed that all 7 months pregnant passenger are not allowed to travel unless they have doctors certificate to show that they are “FIT TO TRAVEL”

Pregnant 1 to 6 months (No problem)
But
Pregnant 7 months or with (34) weeks gestation are not allowed to travel w/ out Doctors approval..mothers expectant should get a medical cert with notation ‘FIT TO TRAVEL’ and must signed by the physician.
Expectant mother must complete her travel with in the validity period of the certificate which should be 10 days from the date of essuance.

On Jan 15, we start implementing a new check-in baggage policy! This is to further streamline our operations and provide guests a more efficient check-in and bag drop experience at the airport.

If you pre-purchased 20 kilos bag allowance, you can check in up to 2 pieces of bags only.
Should you have a 3rd bag, you’ll need to purchase another piece/bag allowance up to 4 hours before the flight. Otherwise, excess bag fees will apply at the airport.

TIP: Pack souvenirs into a bigger bag so you don’t go over!

”How to secure a DSWD travel clearance for minors.”

According to the Department of Social Welfare and Development, all Filipinos below 18 years old who are traveling to another country alone or with someone other than their parents will be required to present a travel clearance from the DSWD.

The DSWD’s official guidelines state that minors must secure the travel clearance by filing documents at the regional DSWD Regional Office that has jurisdiction over their residence.

The minor must provide:

▪ a duly accomplished application form (obtained at any DSWD regional office or downloaded from http://www.dswd.gov.ph);

▪ a photocopy of their birth certificate;
two color passport-sized photos taken in the last six months;

▪ a photocopy of the passport of the traveling companion (if the minor is not traveling alone); and

▪ a notarized affidavit of consent of both parents or the solo parent or the legal guardian permitting the minor to travel to a foreign country alone or with a specific person other than them.

ー The notarized affidavit of consent should indicate

the country of destination;
the length of stay;
the purpose of travel;
and tentative dates of departure and arrival.

For minors traveling with a companion, the affidavit should identify the authorized traveling companion and indicate their relationship to the minor.

ー For a minor with married parents:

▪ A marriage certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or certificate of legal guardianship.

ー For a minor with solo parents:

▪ A PSA-issued certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR) or a solo parent identification card from the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office; or

▪ a photocopy of a certification from the Local Social Welfare and Development Office of being a solo parent, or Tallaq or Faskh certification from the Shariah court or any Muslim barangay or religious leader.

ー For a minor with deceased parents:

▪ A photocopy of the death certificate.

ー For illegitimate minors:

▪A CENOMAR issued by the Philippine Statistics Office (PSO; formerly National Statistics Office or NSO).

ー For an abandoned minor with alleged missing parent:

▪ Social case study report executed by a licensed social worker;

▪ blotter report from local police or barangay certification from the locality or the last known address of the alleged missing; and

▪ one returned registered mail to the last known address of the alleged missing parent(s) or known relative(s).

The DSWD also clarified that illegitimate minors traveling with their biological father are still required to secure a travel clearance certificate, “as parental authority is vested only to the mother of the child, per Article 176 of the Family Code of the Philippines.”

ー Processing fee and validity:

The DSWD will collect a fee for each travel clearance certificate issued to a minor:

▪ P300 for a clearance with one-year validity, and

▪ P600 for a clearance with a two-year validity.

The travel clearance will be valid for multiple travels within the validity period, provided the conditions under which the travel clearance was issued have not changed.

If a change in condition occurs, such as a change in traveling companion, a new travel clearance must be obtained.

The DSWD clarified that it may

“require additional documentary requirements during the assessment of the travel clearance application to make sure that no child shall be trafficked and that the child’s best interest and welfare is ensured.”

Magkakaiba ang pag assign sa baggage sa standard at bugget airlines
Pagsinabing standard airlines, ang bagahe nyan kasama na sa tiket ang payment built in free baggage tawag doon. so kahit wala kang bagahe if standars airlines ang eroplano sakyan mo mag babayad ka parin ng bagahe like 30kg or 40kg free baggage in your flight.And you also have to be very careful in checking the baggage somethimes ang nakalagay sa baggage info ay 1pc or 2pcs baggage. Ibig sabihin nyan ang 1pc is isang malita na may halagang 23kilos baggage at ang 2pcs naman ang dalawang malita na may tig 23kilis bawat isang malita so pag 2pcs ang total baggage nyan ay 46kilos.

if your airplane is bugget airlines you have an option to chose if kukuha ka ng bagahe or hinde so if wala kang bagahe no need to pay. kaya always SOP ask your client ilang kg bagahe nila bago nyo e book.

WHAT TO DO IF CLIENT HAS DUAL PASSPORT?
Check both passport if it is not yet expired
Sample: For Dual Passport
kung ang isang Pinay nakapag asawa ng taiwanese at sya ay naging Taiwan National pero Dual Citizen sya. During booking need natin check ang dalawang passport if it is valid or not expire.If ang Phil Passport nya ay expired at nais nyang umuwi sa Phil pwede parin syang umuwi pero ang citizenship gamit nya ay bilang Taiwanese. Kaya po kailangan nyang kumuha ng Visa since sya ay isang dayuhan sa ating country at maari lamang syang mag stay sa Pinas based sa Visa validity. Pero if ang Phil passport nya ay hinde expired hinde na kailangang kumuha ng visa.

Sample: for not Dual Pasport
Sa mga nakapag asawa ng Taiwanese o kahit anong ibang lahe na hinde nag papa convert ng kanilang Citizenship or only a Phil passport holder. No need to get sa visa when go home to our country. Just check the pasport validity prior to the date of return from the origin. Its should 6 months valid or dapat hinde pa expire ang pasport base sa date ng kanilang pag balik sa origen. halimbawa bakasyon nya from dec 5 to Jan 1
