Not everyone should pay the travel tax as there are exemptions to it.
� A Filipino Citizen who is an OFW or a permanent resident of another country doesn’t need to pay the travel tax.
�Non-Filipino citizens are also exempted for paying the travel tax.
For the terminal fee, everyone should pay for it
-just like the ₱1620 travel tax when going abroad,
many are exempted also to pay the terminal fee:
1. OFWs
2. Children 2 yrs & below
3. Muslims going to the hajj
4. PSC national athletes
That is why you will see there are TERMINAL FEE REFUND counters at NAIA Terminals 1, 2 & 3
